  • "Event Organizer" refers to individuals or entities that create events on the Platform.

  • "Tickets" refers to the digital or physical entries purchased through the Platform for access to events.

3. User Accounts

To purchase tickets, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

4.1 Pricing

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. The total price will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4.2 Payment

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our Platform. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies vary by event and are determined by the Event Organizer. Please review the specific event details before purchasing tickets and the governing refund policy.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

The Event Organizer reserves the right to change event details, including date, time, location, and lineup. In case of cancellation, users will be notified via email, and refund policies will apply as stated in Section 4.3.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Impersonating any person or entity.

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Disrupting or interfering with the security or performance of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GiTS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or tickets purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in the Republic of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
